Jill Pescatore

President

As President of the Worth Property Group, Jill Pescatore is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both NY and CT. She specializes in the purchase, sale and leasing space to national and regional tenants in the retail and office sector. Formerly serving the corporate world in positions of tax director at both Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) and Sotheby’s Auction house where she also headed site selection and lease negotiation, she understands the real estate and financial needs of luxury retailers from an internal perspective.

Jill holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the CW Post Campus of Long Island University in Corporate Accounting and Taxation.

Some of her most recent deals include Bluemercury, 7-11, Starbucks, Five Guys, T Mobile, Tropical Smoothie Café, Ridgewood Savings Bank and the Bareburger Restaurant Group. Jill has morphed from her corporate positions into a real estate investor / broker. Currently residing in New Canaan, Connecticut, she and her family specialize in the ownership, management and leasing of retail spaces, lifestyle centers and triple net properties and office complexes. Our company enjoys a successful track record in the real estate industry for more than 20 years.

Hannah Paddock

Vice President

Hannah is an accomplished professional known for her tenacious work ethic and personable approach. As a  Connecticut native, Hannah grew up in the Tri-State area and has intimate knowledge of the territory. 

Hannah is committed to making WPG’s clients happy by ensuring her agents provide outstanding services in each and every real estate transaction. She has works hard to assemble and maintain a team of skillful agents who can provide a range of boutique services to our cliental. 

Aside from her VP duties Hannah also manages a large portfolio of commercial real eastate properties owned by a conglomerate of businesses. She is a team leader who has a successful track record in management and operations. She is a welcomed addition to our team at Worth Property Group. 

Michael DiFonzo

NY Broker

Michael is WPG’s NY Broker of Record and also the President of Central Construction Management, which he founded in 1999. Michael holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Management from St. John’s University. He is a licensed Special Rigger, and he serves as the Vice President of the New York City Special Riggers Association. Michael is also a Site Safety Manager, NYC DOB Welder, General Contractor and Concrete Safety Manager.

Before founding Central Construction Management, Michael developed multi-family, new construction housing in the New York Metropolitan area as well as New Jersey, and thus acquired expertise in excavation, S.O.E., super structure, masonry, waterproofing and building systems.

A dynamic person with many interests, Michael has always liked to build and restore. He follows business news and developments in economics. Michael is interested in athletic endurance sports — he has been a triathlete for four years — which manifests itself in the inexhaustible energy he applies to raising a family and participating in a family business.

Michael speaks Italian and Spanish, and has been a Master Free Mason since 1997.

Michelle Paduda

FL Broker

Michelle is WPG’s FL Broker of Record. As Broker of Worth Property Group in Florida, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in both business and real estate to the company. 

Michelle received a MBA from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business. She utilizes her business education to help clients get the most out of their investments. With over a decade of experience as a real estate professional, Michelle is highly knowledgeable with industry and market trends, previously working with prestigious companies, such as Sothebys and Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices. 

Anthony Naporlee

NY Licensed Salesperson

Anthony is a Licensed Salesperson in New York and New Jersey with an extensive track record in both the residential and commercial markets. He’s passionate with his buyers and works diligently to get them the best deal. His drive is unmeasurable when it comes to selling or buying for his clients. He gets them the best return on their investments and fights hard for it. Anthony makes his clients a priority and works with diligence to get deals across the finish line. There’s only one focus in mind, and that is his clients’ goal and wishes.

Anthony resides in Wayne with his wife, and real estate partner, Rania and proud daughters, Gianna and Gabriella.
